Option 1: Pay to Participate 

This option allows you to take part in the Walk to End Polio Charity Trek by paying a £50 participation fee, without a fundraising commitment.

What the fee covers

Your participation fee contributes towards the essential costs of delivering a safe, well-organised event, including:

• Professional trekking guides

• Route planning and on-the-day coordination

• Event administration and logistics

• Safety briefings and participant information

By covering these costs, your fee helps ensure the event runs smoothly and safely for all participants.

Who This Option Is For

This option is ideal if you:

• Would like to take part along with a member who is doing the main fundraising

• Prefer to support the cause through a direct contribution

• Are joining as part of a group, company, or social activity

Participants choosing this option are still welcome to make additional donations or seek sponsorship, but this is entirely optional.

Important Information

• The participation fee is non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organisers

• Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
